Checking In Your First Time

Plan to arrive at least one hour early if your paperwork is not yet filled out, or 15 minutes early if you have previously completed your paperwork. When you arrive, we will take your photo for our confidential electronic records. The initial evaluation allows for a more detailed investigation of your pain problem. The treatment plan developed from this initial meeting will be used to guide your future course. It is possible that no formal treatment may be started on the first visit. This decision is based on a number of factors, such as the need for a specific injection, which must generally be scheduled for another day, the availability of adequate past records and the need for further medical tests prior to starting new therapy.
