Stretch every morning

Begin your day with some basic stretching exercises focusing on back stretches. This will help start your day with good posture.

Have a designated work zone

While you can work from your bed laying down, it doesn’t mean you should. It’s important to create a specific work area separate from where you sleep. This can be your living room, dining room or wherever you can work and maintain a good posture.

Have a good chair

Speaking of posture, your couch is not a great place to work from all day. Soft couches do not help support your back or provide good posture. Find a chair that helps you sit comfortably upright.

Get up and move

When working from home, you might miss walking around the office and chatting with coworkers. While your coworkers aren’t there, it’s still crucial to get up and walk around every hour. Sitting for too long can make your body feel stiff, so make a point to move around throughout the day.
