Haylee Goad, FNP

After ten years as a Registered Nurse in the neurological critical care, ICU and PCU at Indiana University Health, Haylee graduated with an MSN from Northern Kentucky University as Family Nurse Practitioner in 2021. She completed her BSN at Ball State University in 2011.

Haylee brings a heart of compassion to patients who are suffering from chronic pain.  She is eager to assist those seeking non-opioid pain management alternatives like trigger point and Botox injections as well as other cutting edge treatment.  

Haylee's decorating skills are seen throughout our office. Her smile is infectious and she loves to spend time outside the office with her husband and two boys.
